The Firm has represented individual and corporate clients in real estate transactions throughout the United States. Services have included, for example, the acquisition and sale of real estate, real estate finance, residential and commercial development documentation and office lease documentation. The Firm is routinely involved in efforts to acquire property for development. Such work usually includes negotiating and drafting options, purchase agreements, loan commitments and permanent financing agreements. The Firm also uses its contract expertise to both draft and review lease agreements for commercial and residential clients.
