Business Law We represent clients in business matters ranging from buying and selling businesses to complex employment and immigration issues. Our clients include a major car wash chain, a producer of fertilizer, a manufacturer of metal parts as well as other businesses.

Real Estate We represent buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate as well as landlords and tenants. We also help our clients solve other real estate related problems. Over the past 14 years we have structured real estate transactions with a total value of over $100,000,000.00.

Consumer Law We represent consumers in resolving problems with banks, insurance companies, public utilities, auto dealerships and other major institutions. We recently represented a borrower who was improperly charged a $50.00 fee by his bank. After suing the bank, we settled the case for the client and for other persons who were also charged the fee for $1.1 million dollars.

We also recently sued a mortgage banking company on behalf of a consumer borrower. The mortgage banking company refused to honor its loan commitment to the borrower. Following a five-day trial on the consumer's claims of breach of contract, negligence and consumer fraud, the jury awarded the consumer borrower $16,000.00 in compensatory damages and $203,000.00 in punitive damages.

Wills & Trusts We help individuals distribute their wealth in an orderly manner upon their death by drafting will and trust instruments specifically tailored to their needs. Our firm drafts simple or complex wills, pour over wills, revocable or living trusts, irrevocable trusts, marital deduction trusts, Q-Tip or reverse Q-Tip trusts and special needs trusts. To complete an estate plan, our clients usually require both a durable financial and statutory health care power of attorney, as well as a living will. Our will and trust services are both thorough and reasonably priced.

Litigation We represent plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits involving business and real estate issues. We recently represented a property owner whose land was improperly liened by his neighbor. We sued the neighbor, cleared title to our client's property and obtained $260,000.00 in damages.

International Law We help our clients resolve international legal issues. Using our contacts in Europe, Japan and Korea, we can also help you find competent legal representation.
