Mike has practiced law in Arizona since 1998. Mike was born on December 18, 1970 in Vincennes, Indiana. He attended Vincennes University on a golf/academic scholarship for his freshman year of college. Thereafter, Mike attended Indiana University where he received a B.A. in 1994. After working in the public sector for one year, Mike attended Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota where he graduated in 1998. Mike was a member of the Hamline Law Review and authored a Note for publication entitled "The Thin Line Between Acceptable Disparate Tax Treatment of Nonresidents and Unconstitutional Discrimination Under the Article IV Privileges and Immunities Clause," 21 Hamline Law Review 3 (Fall 1998). Mike is licensed to practice before all Arizona Courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He is a member of the Scottsdale Bar Association, Trial Law Practice Section of the State Bar of Arizona, Arizona State Bar Civil Jury Instructions Committee (2000-2001) and the American Judicature Society.
