The scope of services we offer on international legal issues is wide-ranging. For example, we assisted Austrian clients in domesticating an Austrian judgment in Arizona and then locating assets in order to satisfy the judgment. We also assisted a U.S. resident in a divorce filed in Germany, which resulted in our client receiving a substantial settlement. We also assisted a client in recovering monies which were illegal retained by a Swiss bank.
